Ben Richardson is the founder and owner at Richardson Real Estate Co. Since moving to metro Atlanta as a kid, Ben has developed an array of knowledge of the unique neighborhoods both within city limits (ITP) and surrounding (OTP). Once mature, Ben decided to apply his passion for serving others and interest in home design into a career in Real Estate. Described as knowledgeable, thorough, passionate, and firm, Ben is dedicated to providing exceptional Real Estate counsel to his clients by empowering them to make informed decisions. Ben has advised many families on their way to a successful Real Estate experience while always having their best interest at the forefront and diligently advocating on their behalf.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys running, spending time with family & friends, and patron local black owned businesses. His philanthropic endeavors include volunteering with the Junior Achievement Discovery Center, an “interactive “city” where students work alongside their peers and volunteers to discover a greater understanding of financial concepts, build 21st-century skills, and foster the entrepreneurial spirit”. Ben also supports the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI).
